— The Challenge

What needed
solving.

Northwind's team was running the business on spreadsheets and a patchwork of tools, with no single, trustworthy view of their numbers.

They needed a real-time dashboard with proper auth and roles — fast enough to check on a phone between meetings.

— The Approach

How I
built it.

I built a full-stack app on Next.js with a Node/Express API and MongoDB: role-based access, server-rendered pages for speed, and live-updating charts.

Everything was typed end to end with TypeScript so the in-house team could extend it safely after handoff.
