More revenue from the
traffic you already have.
A fast store is step one — CRO is how it actually sells. I run data-driven tests on your product pages, cart and checkout to turn more of your existing visitors into buyers. Same traffic, more orders, no extra ad spend.
How a build actually goes.
Audit & strategy
01/04A Lighthouse audit and a funnel review, then a plan tied to revenue — not vanity metrics.
Design & build
02/04Theme or headless, built mobile-first with clean, documented, reviewable code.
Speed & QA
03/04Real-device testing, a performance budget, and a checkout that survives the edge cases.
Launch & grow
04/04A zero-downtime cutover with redirects and analytics in place — then we iterate on data.
Numbers from the last rebuild.
Measured against the previous Liquid theme over the first month after launch. Your mileage depends on your starting point — but the direction is always the same.
A headless rebuild, in detail.
Vellum
A headless Shopify storefront rebuilt on Hydrogen and Next.js — keeping Shopify's admin while delivering sub-second loads and a higher-converting mobile experience.
Shipped, fast, and still standing.
Riajul shipped our Shopify rebuild ahead of schedule and our store has never been faster. Clean code, clear updates, zero drama.
He took our slow, app-stuffed theme and got it under a second on mobile. Conversion went up the first week.
The questions
I usually get.
Headless or a regular theme — which do I need? +
Most stores don't need headless. If a fast, well-built theme gets you there, I'll say so. Headless earns its keep once you've outgrown Liquid or want a fully custom front end — I'll be honest about which side you're on.
Can you work with my existing theme? +
Yes. A lot of the work is improving what's already there — speed, bug fixes, new sections — without a full rebuild.
How long does a Shopify build take? +
A focused theme build is usually 3–6 weeks; a headless storefront, 6–10. You get a real timeline after a short scoping call, not a guess.
Do you handle migrations? +
WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce or a legacy Shopify theme — I migrate products, content and URLs with redirects so you don't lose rankings.
Will it actually be fast on mobile? +
That's the whole point. Most store traffic is mobile, so I build to a performance budget and test on real devices, not just a fast laptop.
What happens after launch? +
I don't vanish at handoff. You get docs, a clean repo, and support options if you want a hand once it's live.
