— The Challenge

What needed
solving.

Pulse wanted one app for habits and workouts that felt instant and worked on the train with no signal — without building twice for iOS and Android.

Existing trackers felt heavy and online-only, breaking the moment connectivity dropped.

— The Approach

How I
built it.

I built Pulse in React Native with an offline-first local store that syncs when a connection returns, so logging never blocks on the network.

Gesture-driven interactions and 60fps animations make daily logging feel quick and genuinely satisfying.
